The title of the book introduces clearly the topic: Arthur tries to describe what technology is and what are the processes and mechanisms that drive the creation and evolution of technology. Because of the clarity of Arthur exposition, the book results interesting also to a non-academic public, still carving deeply at the root of the topic. [...]
